We are recruiting for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead the HR function within a well-established manufacturing business. This newly created role offers the chance to build HR systems, processes, and culture from the ground up. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys supporting managers, driving engagement, and shaping a positive workplace in a fast-paced environment.
