Job Title: HR Administrator
Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 07:00/08:00 – 16:00/17:00 & Friday, 07:00/08:00 – 13:00/14:00 (40 hours per week)
Location: Sutton Coldfield
Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR function across the full employee lifecycle
* Coordinate recruitment activity including advertising roles, arranging interviews and tracking candidates
* Prepare offer letters, contracts of employment and any contractual amendments
* Support onboarding processes including organising inductions and new starter documentation
* Maintain HR systems ensuring employee data is accurate, compliant and regularly updated
* Act as first point of contact for HR queries via the shared inbox and internal requests
* Manage employee files, scanning and filing documentation in line with data protection requirements
* Update internal platforms including intranet content, job descriptions and communication boards
* Process employment references and respond to external requests in a timely manner
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous administration experience, ideally within HR
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
* Good IT skills including MS Office and Excel
* Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding activities preferred
