* Create clear, practical, and easy‑to‑use learning resources — including induction materials and student guides — designed to support students throughout their journey.
* Manage your own student caseload, schedule appointments, track progress, and keep accurate records using our internal systems (ProMonitor and Navigate) to ensure consistent and effective support.
* Actively champion the development of independent learning, as well as English and maths skills, encouraging all students to build confidence in these essential areas.
* Help create a positive, safe, and welcoming environment within iLearn hubs and study spaces where students feel comfortable and motivated to study.
* Support the smooth running of the hubs by maintaining resources such as books, Chromebooks, and e‑resources so students have everything they need to succeed.
* Actual salary for 37 hours per week over 40 weeks is commencing at £23,917 with progression to £24,520 per annum. Within the Group the job title will be iLearn Mentor.

* Recent experience supporting effective learning.
* Confident working with diverse students and collaborating as part of a supportive team.
* Comfortable using technology to enhance learning (e.g. Google Educator/Trainer, or willing to train).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to positively influence and guide others.
* Able to understand complex situations, solve problems, and take practical action to support learner progress.
Benefits
