TSR Recruitment are currently recruiting for a freelance site manager from a HVAC background to work on a new build science building in Hull. Employed with a HVAC subcontractor, working on a high profile new build science/Laboratory facility project, this opportunity is due to last 6 months.
Start date for this role is 25 th August for 6 months until project completion. Estimated package value £4m. Experience in Laboratory/science/clean room environments required along with HVAC experience.
The Role
* Manage on site health and safety
* Site inductions
* Monitor quality - for HVAC and ducting
* Manage contractors
* Manage and follow programme
* Must have good communication skills
The Person
* SMSTS, CSCS (Black), First Aid must have some form of HVAC qualification.
* Strong communication skills
* Assertive with quality and health and safety
* Organised and professional
Remuneration
* £320 a day CIS
