Job Specification
The Job You’ll Do;
1. Develop the Quality Management System to assure a continual improvement of customer Satisfaction
2. Develop and manage the quality department personnel.
3. Analytical root cause analysis of concerns and implementing robust solutions.
4. Visiting and working with customers to overcome quality related issues.
5. Internal auditing and overseeing quality assurance auditors.
6. You will participate in site improvement projects as and where required.
7. Develop the Quality Management System to assure a continual improvement of customer satisfaction and to maintain external ISO 9001 certification.
8. May be required to work across various sites, as and when required.
About You;
9. Experience within a Quality Management or similar role.
10. Experience within a Heavy Engineering environment is desirable.
11. Understanding & Experience of working to ISO 9001.
12. Preferably degree level of education in engineering / manufacturing or relevant higher education and experience.
13. Experience of a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
14. Ability to map and document processes and standard operating procedures.
15. Knowledge and use of quality management systems and process improvement tools.
16. Strong decision-making skill and the ability to work individually and as part of a team.
17. Experience managing and building a team of quality inspectors.
