Elvet Recruitment is currently working on behalf of a reputable housebuilder to recruit a Sales Executive based in Cumbria. This is a dynamic and customer-focused role where your primary responsibility will be to guide prospective buyers through the purchase journey, from initial enquiry to completion, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience at every stage.

The homes are thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of a wide range of buyers, including first-time buyers, families moving up the ladder, downsizers, and investors. As a Sales Executive, your commitment to providing a high-quality service will be key to building lasting relationships with customers and achieving sales targets.

You'll be supported with ongoing professional development and training to help you thrive in your role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Meet and exceed agreed sales targets

* Engage with potential buyers, understanding and qualifying their needs

* Negotiate prices and progress reservations

* Maintain communication with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other stakeholders

* Deliver consistent follow-up with prospective buyers

* Ensure all sales administration is completed accurately and on time

* Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity

* Manage and update the customer enquiry database

* Capture and manage customer information during the sales process

* Handle all documentation in line with company procedures

What We’re Looking For:

* Self-driven, organised, and proactive

* Able to represent the company brand with professionalism and integrity

Role Information:

* Up to £50,000 OTE

* 35 hours, Thursday - Monday 10am - 5pm

* 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays
