Our very busy automotive client based in Fradley Park, Lichfield is looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment within a well-known and reputable company.
Duties Include:
* Preparing HR-related documentation such as contracts, letters, and reports
* Supporting payroll administration with accurate employee data
* Providing administrative support to the HR team
* Ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies
Skills Required:
* Previous administration experience (HR admin preferred)
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication skills
* Proactive and problem-solving mindset
Hours & Pay:
* Monday-Thursday: 08:00-16:45
* Friday: 08:00-14:30
* Pay: £13.00 per hour
