We are seeking a Regional HR Manager to oversee our four dealerships located in Carlisle, Penrith, Dumfries, and Workington. The successful candidate will be based part-time in Carlisle and will foster a positive environment for colleagues, ensure compliance with employment law, facilitate training and development, and contribute to shaping our organizational culture.
Position Details
* Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible start/finish times to be discussed)
* Salary: £20,000
* Bonus: 10% of salary based on KPI achievement

Main Responsibilities
* Promote company values
* Implement projects and guidelines aligning workforce with strategic goals
* Support onboarding and recruitment strategies
* Maintain accurate employee records
* Handle employee relations cases
* Prepare monthly HR reports and regional organograms
* Manage long-term absences and occupational health
* Coordinate payroll reports
* Ensure regular performance reviews (PDRs)
* Coach and mentor line managers on conduct and capability
* Implement training plans
* Lead annual employee engagement and culture surveys
