In our exciting new role of Senior Property Sales Executive, youll lead from the front, guiding customers and our colleagues as the go-to expert in everything from shared ownership to staircasing, tenant sales and retirement sales. Youll be our expert, coach, and fixer, helping us hit our targets while delivering an experience customers say is outstanding.

Typical day as Senior Property Sales Executive (know as Statutory Sales internally)
1. Leading and guiding a small team of Sales Executives and Assistants, supporting complex cases and helping your team to build their confidence and knowledge through regular coaching.
2. Managing and driving the end-to-end sales process, making sure every transaction is smooth, compliant, and leaves customers feeling supported as they take the big step towards owning their home.
