Teaching Assistant Portishead Full-Time £100-115 per day A wonderful Primary School in Portishead is currently looking for a Teaching Assistant who can work on a 1 to 1 basis with a KS2 pupil. The Role As a successful candidate, you will be expected to work on a full-time basis starting in May. Communication is key for this role. You will need to work collaboratively with the Teacher and SENDCo to support a KS2 pupil with their social and educational development. You will be expected to: Use your initiative to adapt activities to meet the needs of the children. Have high expectations for the individual to succeed. Create a safe environment for the pupil to learn at their own pace. Manage and support the child’s needs. Be adaptable with the learning opportunities.
