They are looking for a highly motivated, disciplined and organised Medical Sales Executive to join their sales team, covering the north of England. Responsibilities * As my client's new Medical Sales Executive, you will develop, build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals in private practice, NHS clinics and secondary care. * Promote and sell equipment, devices, instruments and consumable items to achieve sales targets. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to promote and explain features, benefits and usage. * Proactively maintain and expand your knowledge on industry trends, competitor activities and new product developments in the market. * Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to effectively implement effective sales strategies. * Effectively manage your territory, organising your time efficiently, including scheduling customer meetings. * Provide first class after-sales support, addressing client enquiries and resolving product issues promptly, maintaining excellent communication and the goal of resolving every issue with the best customer and business outcome. * Managing delivery and installation of equipment. * Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, customer interactions, orders and other information. * Represent the company at conferences, trade events and training courses. * Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, company policies and procedures. The Candidate * The ideal candidate to succeed as my client's new Medical Sales Executive is someone with outstanding communication skills, who truly understands the importance of creating and maintaining customer relationships. * Competent and comfortable reaching out to potential new potential customers in private practice, the NHS and secondary and secondary healthcare. * Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. * Proven experience in sales in the healthcare sector. * An understanding of medical products and terminology. * Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships. * Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory. * Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. * Self-motivated with strong organisational and time management abilities.
