The Company Our client is a highly respected public sector organisation operating across Northern Ireland, delivering independent oversight and support services that contribute to public service delivery. The Role Our client is seeking an Administrative Officer to provide efficient, accurate and confidential administrative support. This is a temporary role for an immediate start (initial 3 months, with potential for extension) Key responsibilities include: Answering, processing or redirecting calls from internal and external customers/ public, whist responding appropriately and professionally to customer needs. Receiving all visitors to the office, responding appropriately to enquiries and notifying the appropriate colleagues Recording and processing all incoming mail and ensuring all outgoing mail goes out on time Producing reports, routine letters, board papers, minutes, forms, emails etc this may include the use of PowerPoint or Excel General office duties, monitoring stock levels of stationary and office equipment Maintenance of cash books and petty cash Maintaining, updating and creation of appropriate filing systems Operating and managing case management systems The Person Essential Criteria A minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade A-C) including English and Mathematics, or equivalent At least 2 years' administrative experience Package & Benefits Contract: Temporary Immediate start available Part-Time Tuesday - Friday (standard office hours) How to Apply To apply for this role, submit your CV via the application form provided.
