🧠 About the Role:
This is a senior-level position responsible for driving quality assurance and compliance across complex care services in Scotland. You will lead initiatives that ensure safe, effective, and high-quality support for individuals with complex and intense needs.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading quality strategy and assurance frameworks
Overseeing compliance and sector regulation
Supporting service transformation and continuous improvement
Engaging with internal leaders and external stakeholders to champion best practice
Managing and mentoring your team to deliver excellence
✅ About You:
You will bring:
A professional qualification in Health and Social Care (e.g., Nurse, Social Worker)
Level 5 QCF Diploma (or equivalent)
At least 3 years of experience in care quality/compliance roles
Extensive knowledge of the Health and Social Care Act
Strong audit, compliance, and data analysis experience
Proven leadership skills and stakeholder engagement abilities
A values-led, proactive, and resilient mindset
