Job Description:
As a Slinger Banksman / Traffic Marshall, you will play a vital role in ensuring safe movement of vehicles and machinery on site. You will be responsible for guiding crane operations, managing traffic flow, and maintaining a safe working environment on a bust construction site in Exeter.
Key Responsibilities:
* Direct and guide crane operations safely as a Slinger Banksman.
* Control traffic and vehicle movements on-site as a Traffic Marshall.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
* Conduct routine inspections of lifting equipment.
* Communicate effectively with site personnel and management.
* Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements and lifting operations.
Requirements:
* Valid Slinger Banksman and Traffic Marshall certification.
* Proven experience in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
