As the Planning and Installation Coordinator for Frank & Honest coffee solutions, you will oversee the installation and operation of automated coffee machines across Musgrave-supplied retailers in Northern Ireland. Your role involves providing on-site training, collaborating with the Brand Support Manager, and working with Service Engineer Providers to ensure smooth operations and excellent consumer experiences.
Your expertise will facilitate a seamless rollout of Frank & Honest coffee machines, driving sales growth, operational excellence, and outstanding customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Installation & Operational Excellence
* Coordinate and manage the installation of automated coffee machines with third-party agencies, ensuring timely setup.
* Maintain a database tracking location, status, and performance of coffee machines.
* Communicate installation plans, timelines, and requirements to internal teams, third-party agencies, and store managers.
* Provide in-store training on equipment use and troubleshooting support during and after installations.
* Conduct regular Coffee Excellence audits and share insights for operational improvements.
Stock Management & Ordering
* Oversee management of Frank & Honest consumables and stock levels, conducting regular stock takes.
* Train store personnel on stock control via the Musgrave Institute.
* Manage daily stock control and automated ordering in collaboration with store teams.
* Implement waste management best practices; full training provided.
Rollout Support
* Assist Finance and MNI sales teams with Frank & Honest agreement sign-ups.
* Collaborate with the F&H Financial Analyst on rollout plans, updates, and budgets.
* Ensure availability of point-of-sale materials and digital tools for installations and upgrades.
* Provide on-site support for installations across Northern Ireland.
* Manage purchase orders via I-Procurement, ensuring smooth processing.
* Coordinate installation plans, relocations, removals, and update asset records.
Knowledge & Skills
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a competitive sales environment, preferably retail, foodservice, or coffee sector.
* Proven experience working with third-party suppliers and technical teams.
* Expertise in stock forecasting aligned with rollout plans.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, data validation), and experience with Word, PowerPoint, Teams.
* Track record of meeting/exceeding performance targets.
* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
* Excellent organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
* Keen attention to detail, especially in data accuracy.
* Methodical problem-solving skills for proactive and reactive needs.
* Customer-focused with strong commercial awareness.
