This is a sales consultant position for individuals who are confident in face-to-face sales and eager to work in a dynamic event setting. You will be engaging with motivated prospects at high-energy training events, helping them take the next step in their journey to financial freedom by enrolling in premium mentorship programs. Duties & Responsibilities: * Engage with attendees at live events to understand their aspirations and challenges. * Guide prospects through mentorship options, helping them understand how these programs can support their goals. * Enrol customers onto mentorship packages and manage their payment plans, ensuring a smooth and supportive journey. * Build strong rapport and guide potential clients through the decision-making process. * Follow up with leads post-event to maximize conversions. * Work closely with coaching and sales teams to refine sales strategies and improve results. Skills, Experience and Attitude needed: * Fully committed and prepared to take this on as your primary focus. * Willing to put in the effort and perseverance needed to achieve success. * A strong background in consultative, high-value sales, preferably in live event settings. * Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with potential clients in a compelling way. * A consultative sales approach with the ability to inspire and influence. * Coachable and willing to learn a proven sales process. * Passion for helping people change their lives through education and mentorship. * Care more about the client than the sale, ensuring the right fit for each individual. * Ability to work weekdays, with some evening and weekend availability. Most events take place on weekdays, but there may be occasions requiring evening and weekend work. * Self-motivated with a hunger for success and financial growth.
