On the other hand, qualified candidates lacking experience, such as those with electrical, civil engineering, or construction management qualifications, will responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and monitoring contractor activities on site, ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards (including inspections, material testing, daily progress records, and weekly progress meetings), manage design change processes with engineering teams, and interface with operational staff like protection engineers and senior authorisers.
