In this role, you will be:
* Proactively winning new business and developing customer portfolio
* Managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
* Building and nurturing long-term relationships with new and existing customers
* Identifying opportunities to grow account value through upselling and cross-selling
* Achieving and exceeding revenue and margin targets
* Providing expert advice on building materials to support customer projects
* Working closely with internal sales, suppliers, and operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment
* Keeping all activity accurately recorded and up to date in the CRM system.
What we're looking for:
* Minimum 3 years' B2B sales experience, ideally within the building materials industry
* Knowledge of timber and wood products is a strong advantage
* Strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to close deals
* Confidence working to targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a genuine drive to succeed.
