Job overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a Teacher of Food Technology at our 'outstanding' secondary school. This is a fixed term post to start from January 2026 to August 2026.
The right candidate will have:
1. Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent qualification
2. Relevant specialist qualifications and subject experience (e.g BA Hons. degree)
3. Understanding of curriculum requirements for Design Technology/Food
4. be an outstanding classroom practitioner
5. be committee to inclusion, high expectations and raising standards
6. have enthusiasm and a strong commitment to achievement, safeguarding and welfare of all pupils
