The Role As Customer Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering outstanding customer service. Reporting to the Customer Service Director, you will: Lead the delivery of high-performing services that maximise Customer Experience. Collaborate on innovative strategies and projects to drive excellence in service delivery. Build strong, productive relationships with customers and partners to understand and respond to their needs. Contribute as an active member of the Management Team, supporting the delivery of our Corporate Strategy. What We’re Looking For Proven leadership experience in customer service or housing sector.
