Our client is a specialist Company providing important services to their clients. They have grown rapidly since 2015 and are now looking to recruit new members of staff to our Outbound Sales team. Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and one late shift 12:00 - 20:00 which will include occasional Saturdays in return for a day in lieu. Summary Duties and Responsibilities of Role: * To make outbound calls to customers who have recently enquired through various marketing channels. * Achieve department sales conversion targets whilst delivering excellent customer service. * Sale calls to be made in line with the Company’s process and FCA regulations. Key Skills Required: * Communication?- Possess a professional telephone manner with proven experience.
