Internal Recruiter
London (Farringdon) / Hybrid – remote considered
£30,000 – £35,000 + Quarterly bonus
Full-time | Flexible working
We’re looking for an Internal Recruiter to join our growing consultancy and take ownership of our in-house recruitment activity across the business.
This is a trusted and confidential role, ideal for someone with some recruitment experience who’s ready to step into an in-house position where they can genuinely make an impact, learn fast, and grow their career.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for managing recruitment across multiple UK offices, working closely with senior stakeholders and our HR Director. Recruitment is a big part of what we do — so this role will quickly become central to the business.
You’ll have the autonomy to run processes yourself, with support and guidance available when needed. Over time, the role will naturally expand into broader people and HR responsibilities, with support towards CIPD qualification.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing end-to-end recruitment across the business
* Partnering with hiring managers across 8 UK offices to understand hiring needs
* Leading on LinkedIn sourcing and direct recruitment
* CV sifting and shortlisting, including high-volume graduate recruitment
* Coordinating interviews (Teams and in-person)
* Supporting and improving recruitment processes as the business grows
About You
* Some recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
* Confident using LinkedIn as a recruitment tool
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently
* Strong communicator, able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
* Interested in developing a long-term career in recruitment / HR
