Recruitment HR Administrator 9-5pm, onsite, Ipswich- Parking Temporary ongoing £17-£19ph DOE/up to £35,000pa We are seeking an organised and proactive HR Recruitment Administrator on a temporary basis with proven recruitment experience to support the end-to-end employee lifecycle. This role plays a key part in managing recruitment activity, supporting hiring managers, and ensuring HR operations run smoothly during a busy period. The successful candidate will be confident managing multiple vacancies, working closely with line managers and external recruitment agencies, and delivering a positive candidate and stakeholder experience in a fast-paced environment. Key Skills & Experience Previous experience in an HR Co-ordinator, HR Administrator, or Recruitment role Demonstrable end-to-end recruitment experience Experience working with recruitment agencies and managing agency relationships Confidence partnering with line managers and stakeholders at all levels Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies Excellent communication skills and attention to detail High level of discretion and confidentiality Confident user of HR systems, ATS platforms, and MS Office Knowledge of UK employment law (desirable) Personal Attributes Proactive and adaptable Professional and approachable Able to work independently in a temporary role Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment Strong problem-solving skills
