Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident, people focused Human Resources Officer to join our supportive and forward-thinking team. This is a pivotal role at the heart of the school, working closely with the school Bursar (Chief Financial & Operations Officer) providing HR support to staff and helping shape a positive, inclusive and professional working culture.
We're looking for a HR professional with strong generalist experience who can confidently interpret and apply employment law, HR policies and best‑practice guidance in a busy, day‑to‑day environment. You'll bring excellent organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to balance a varied workload with confidence and calm.
This role offers the chance to make a genuine difference within a supportive school community, where your expertise will directly contribute to staff wellbeing, effective practice and the smooth running of the school.
