About Our Client
My client is a growing business based near Eastleigh.
Job Description
As the HR Administrator you will be responsible for:
* Providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support to the central HR team.
* Processing documentation and preparing reports relating to HR activities.
* Supporting all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
* Answer phone calls and emails and redirect them when necessary.
* Arrange and service meetings as requested.
* Manage and facilitate meetings and appointments.
* Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
* Undertake research and data gathering for HR projects.
* Participate in HR projects
The Successful Applicant
In order to be considered for the role you will:
* Ideally have experience within HR or within a varied administrative role with a keen interest in HR
* Be well organised and happy to assist seniors with tasks as required
* Have great IT skills to be able to work between different systems and provide strong administrative support
* Be able to work in the office full time
