HR Officer\n\nLocation: Leeds\n\nSalary: Up to £45,000\n\nContracts: 12 Months FTC / Hybrid Working \n\nMy client is seeking an experienced HR Officer to join their busy, solution-focused HR team. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of HR activities, including workforce planning, recruitment, and supporting managers with complex employee relations issues.\n\nResponsibilities Included:\n\nCoaching and supporting managers with complex employee relations issues, such as absence management, performance management, and grievances\nProviding advice and support to staff and managers on terms and conditions, employment policies, and procedures\nDeveloping and facilitating HR workshops and training activities\nManaging HR processes, including fixed-term consultations, promotions, and the reward and recognition process\nCollaborating with HR Managers and the wider HR team to identify and deliver initiatives and projects that continuously improve the service\nSkills and Attributes:\n\nProven track record in successfully delivering generalist HR casework, including recruitment/selection, absence management, performance, and grievances\nExperience using HR information systems and ability to interpret and analyse statistical HR data\nProblem-solving approach with the ability to adapt your style as the work dictates\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with managers and staff\nCommitment to service excellence and continuous service improvement\n\nAt Gleeson Recruitment Group, we embrace inclusivity and welcome applicants of all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities.
