Human Resources Officer- Education and Care (Maternity Cover)
Salary £32,718 per annum Full Time FTC length up 12 months
40 Hours per week, 52 weeks per year
This post is based 5 days per week on site at Ruskin Mill College, Nailsworth with occasional travel to other sites
We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Officer to join the Trust to cover a period of Maternity Leave, based at Ruskin Mill, Nailsworth to work as part of the existing Human Resources team. Providing HR advice and support as well as supporting with recruitment, vetting, absence management, communicating payroll changes and employee relations matters. With the Trust rapidly growing in size, this is an exciting time to join us and become part of our team.
The successful applicant will have strong HR administration experience. CIPD level 3 qualification is desirable but not a requirement as we prioritise direct experience. Knowledge of educational and/or care recruitment and pre-employment checks would be advantageous
