Key Responsibilities: Provide expert HR advice and operational support to managers and staff across the Trust. Lead on complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management. Support workforce planning, change management, and organisational development initiatives. Collaborate with senior leaders to drive HR strategy and improve people management practices. Ensure compliance with employment legislation, NHS policies, and best practice. If you have proven experience of working in a similar role in an NHS Trust together with the ability to guide and develop the Team.
