Quality Manager - Bradford | £45k - £50k A growing manufacturing business in Bradford is looking for a hands-on Quality Manager to help drive the next stage of its quality and operational development. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Quality Engineer or Senior Quality Engineer looking to step into a broader leadership role with real ownership, visability, and progression potential. Rather than simply maintaining compliance, this role is focused on embedded quality throughout the manufacturing and product lifecycle, improving process, driving continous improvement, and helping build a proactive quality culture across the business. Youll work closely with production, engineering, suppliers, and leadership teams to improve process capability, reduce defects, strengthen quality systems, and ensure quality is built into operations from the outset.
