Our Client
My client is a well-established, privately-owned business, that is a global market leader, specialising in animal nutrition.
The Role
In this role you will be working closely with the Head of HR to transform the payroll for this business. The business has circa 150 employees across multiple geographies and the payroll is outsourced.
Main Duties
* Streamline payroll and add automation
* Ensure payroll systems are robust
* Create a guide to ensure payroll runs efficiently going forward
The Successful Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a proven payroll specialist that is able to transform a payroll across multiple locations
What’s on offer?
The payroll transformation should take circa 3 months with a day rate of £400-£500 per day.
