Part Time - 30 hours per week (rota TBC)

Basic salary of £19,110 with £3,750 bonus potential, Pension, critical illness, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services

We are seeking a Digital Sales Advisor due to increased online enquiries at our successful dealership. This role is innovative within our site and ideal for a sales and customer-focused individual.

You will be highly organized and self-motivated, with previous experience in a target-driven environment. Your main responsibility will be to qualify customers across multiple channels, primarily through third-party enquiries.

As a Digital Sales Advisor, your duties will include:

* Handling inbound & outbound enquiries via phone, email, and digital channels to maximize sales opportunities
* Providing excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and qualifying them effectively
* Negotiating, overcoming objections, and resolving issues efficiently
* Presenting suitable new car options to customers
* Scheduling dealership appointments, test drives, vehicle orders, or passing leads to the digital team for finalizing deals and finance quotes
* Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations when providing financial advice and services

To succeed in this role, you should have:

* Proven sales ability in a retail environment with a track record of meeting targets
* Strong prioritization skills and ability to meet deadlines
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Confident communication skills over the phone with great attention to detail
* IT proficiency and ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously
