HR Administrator
This is a part time, temporary role to cover Maternity Leave until January 2027

Key Responsibilities:
· Conducting Interviews with prospective candidates for various roles within the company, including the use of Indeed, LinkedIn, Proud to Care and Facebook
· Facilitating the processing of successful applicants
· Providing basic administrative and HR support to our existing staff and management team
· Conducting exit interviews and assisting in surveys for staff and resident families
· Hiring migrant workers using the UK Visa & Immigration SMS system
· Applying and processing NVQ's for existing staff
· Organising training for staff and company events
· Maintaining the company's social media accounts
· Conduct and complete HR audits within the care homes once a quarter
About You:
We are seeking a results-driven individual with a strong focus on efficiency and achieving KPI's related to the new-hire processing. The ideal candidate will possess:
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills
· Proficiency in technology, including platforms such as Indeed, email, and all Microsoft programs
· Proactive attitude, able to take initiative and assess individuals effectively
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Additional Information:
· This is a hybrid role – you will have the flexibility to work from home with occasional in-person meetings or visits to our care homes (approximately twice per month).
· Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 – 15:00 (24hrs per week, times could be flexible for the right candidate).
· Initial Training: A two-week induction and training period will be held in Newton Abbot. Applicants must be able to commit to attending this training in full.
· Interviews: Interviews will be held via Microsoft Teams on Tuesday 30th September and Wednesday 1st October. Please confirm your availability for these dates when applying.
