Interim Human Resources Manager
* Day Rate: Up to £300 per day
* Location: Predominantly based in Kingston with occasional travel to other sites

Join our Human Resources Directorate and contribute to the provision of a comprehensive and high-quality HR service across the Group. This role offers the opportunity to support managers in achieving operational targets and objectives while ensuring compliance with statutory guidelines and best practices.
Day-to-day of the role:
1. Provide advice and guidance on a wide range of HR issues to support the delivery of service plans.
2. Assist with project-based activities linked to the Group’s Strategic Plan, Risk Register, and HR Operational Plan.
3. Handle specific employee issues including grievances, disciplinaries, capability, and absence management.
4. Undertake job evaluations, ensuring adherence to the Group’s job evaluation arrangements.
5. Conduct induction sessions for new staff and coordinate arrangements for ongoing staff support.
6. Keep updated with changes in legislation and assist in the development of the Group’s HR policies and procedures.
