Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bury St Edmunds for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing expert advice on vehicle options and financing, and helping customers find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales targets, maintaining up-to-date knowledge about products, brands, and industry trends, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Sales Executive will collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the sales process and support the company's customer-focused mission.


Qualifications

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse customer base
* Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably within the automotive industry
* Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions, including guidance on financing options
* Knowledge of vehicle brands and features, or the ability to quickly learn and stay updated on product details and trends
* Proficiency in negotiation, goal-setting, and meeting sales targets
* Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple customer interactions effectively
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools is an advantage
