Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to provide strategic and operational HR support across the organisation. The successful candidate will work closely with managers to ensure teams are effectively led and supported, aligning people management with business objectives and core values.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver expert HR guidance on employee relations, performance, absence, and workforce planning.
* Develop, implement, and review HR policies aligned with legal requirements and organisational values.
* Manage complex employee relations casework and advise on appropriate actions.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, induction, and staff training in collaboration with internal teams.
* Monitor and report on workforce metrics, including absence, turnover, and training compliance.
* Line manage and develop HR team members.
* Promote a positive, inclusive, and values-driven work culture.
* Contribute to organisational planning and development initiatives.
* Ensure HR processes support regulatory compliance and best practice.
