Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Processing monthly payroll using ADP, including data collection, verification, and resolving employee queries.
2. Maintaining our timesheet platform (Zoho Forms) and ensuring accurate time and attendance records.
3. Supporting the HR Manager with employee records, correspondence, and system updates.
4. Managing sickness absence reporting and liaising with line managers.
5. Administering our defined contribution pension scheme and ensuring compliance with auto-enrolment.
6. Taking ownership of the Site Fitting Rota Database and ensuring pay rates are up to date.
7. Uploading and processing monthly timesheets for site and production staff.
8. Collaborating with the Operations team to resolve timesheet and rota queries.
9. Assisting with ad-hoc financial reporting and HR administration.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Strong communication skills and confidence working with people at all levels.
2. High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
5. A proactive, flexible, and resilient approach to work.
6. Trustworthy, discreet, and reliable with sensitive information.
