Join to apply for the Human Resources Administrator role at Practice Plus Group.
This role is based in the central Human Resources team, primarily supporting Health in Justice. You will work in a hybrid capacity, at home and in our Theale office, with some occasional travel between Practice Plus Group services in England.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Start between 08:30–09:00 and finish between 17:00–17:30; shift patterns are flexible.
Salary: full time position with an annual salary of £29,909.50 per annum.

Responsibilities
* Provide general HR administrative support within a defined service line (predominantly Health in Justice) and to the wider Health Care division in accordance with business requirements.
* Maintain all records in the HR Information System for the entire employee life cycle—from start to end and beyond.
* Manage new starter administration, processing and notification of starters, leavers and variations to the payroll department in line with monthly deadlines and generate necessary correspondence (contract changes and variations).
* Involvement in process improvement, compliance updates and other project work as required.
Qualifications and requirements
* Legal right to work in the UK; offers of employment may be subject to additional vetting and security checks due to the nature of the role.
* Experience or interest in HR; this is a good opportunity to start or develop your career in HR.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) with strong multitasking and prioritisation skills; able to work autonomously as well as in a team.
