You will be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries with the support of a Senior HR advisor and reporting into the Group HR Manager \r\n\r\n This 3-month FTC HR Administrator role is based in a West Kent location and can accommodate part-time 3 days per week on-site or full-time hybrid working \r\n\r\n As an HR Administrator, you will: \r\n\r\n \r\n\t Create, maintain and update electronic HR records for all staff in accordance with GDPR guidelines and CQC compliance \r\n\t Be responsible for pre-employment checks for new starters, right to work, references and DBS checks \r\n\t Be responsible for the input of annual leave, sickness and other absences into HR systems, notifying the HR Manager of any trends or work-related issues \r\n\t Be responsible for jobs and liaising with recruitment agencies as required \r\n\t Communicate changes to payroll as required \r\n\t Monitor and respond to HR queries using a central group mailbox \r\n\t Assist the HR Manager in the recruitment and onboarding process, advertising vacancies, shortlisting and arranging interviews as required \r\n \r\n\r\n With your experience in HR, Level 3 CIPD qualification and\/or experience in health\/social care (desirable not essential), you will find this opportunity exciting and varied. \r\n\r\n If this HR Administrator opportunity sounds of interest, then forward your CV today to Cressida Courtney or follow the link and apply online \r\n
