Your Purpose
To deliver end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activity for the clinical workforce, building strong candidate pipelines and ensuring a smooth, professional and timely hiring experience that supports safe and sustainable service growth.
You will play a key role in ensuring we have the right clinicians in the right place at the right time.
Your Responsibilities
Clinician Recruitment Delivery
* Manage the day-to-day recruitment process for clinicians, including:
* Advertising roles
* Candidate sourcing
* Screening applications
* Coordinating interviews
* Candidate communications
* Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for key clinical roles.
* Support the Clinical Workforce Manager to meet agreed workforce plans.
* Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at all stages.
Onboarding & Compliance
* Coordinate clinician onboarding activity, including document collection and tracking.
* Ensure all required pre-engagement and compliance checks are completed accurately and in a timely way.
* Liaise with clinicians to support a smooth onboarding journey.
* Support the scheduling and logistics of clinician inductions.
* Maintain accurate records within recruitment and HR systems.
Stakeholder Collaboration
* Work closely with the Clinical Workforce Manager to prioritise recruitment activity.
* Liaise with the People Team regarding employment documentation and governance requirements where appropriate.
* Partner with Marketing to support attraction campaigns when required.
* Build positive working relationships with clinicians and internal teams.
Recruitment Insight & Improvement
* Track recruitment activity and maintain up-to-date pipeline data.
* Highlight risks, delays or market challenges early.
* Suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
* Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Permanent, Part-Time.
Location
Working on a hybrid-basis, hours are to be performed at our office in the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon with the option to work remotely up to two days a week following a successful probationary period.
