Job Opportunity: Site Manager (Number 1)
Location: Banbury
Duration: 4 weeks
Start: 8th June
Finish: 1st July
Rate: £270- £300 per day
We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to provide cover on a busy Amazon Logistics site in Banbury. This is a short-term assignment overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and smooth project delivery while the main Site Manager is away.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site activities and subcontractor coordination
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance
- Ensure works progress according to programme
- Liaise with project teams, stakeholders, and on-site Amazon representatives
- Maintain site records, inductions, and reporting
Required Certifications
- SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- CSCS Black/Gold Card
- Asbestos Awareness
Ideal Candidate Background
- Previous experience working on similar logistics/industrial projects
- Strong site management and communication skills
- Ability to step in and take full control of site operations with minimal handover
