JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator / Human Resources Administration Assistant to join our HR Shared Service team, which currently consists of 3 full-time employees.
The official title for this role is: HR & Payroll Administrator. Prior payroll experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
In this role, you will support the full employee lifecycle, from induction to leaver processes, providing comprehensive HR and payroll support. The company operates across 11 sites in the UK and Ireland, with approximately 300 employees.
You will advise on people-related issues in accordance with UK and Irish legislation, company policies, and best practices. You will collaborate with line managers and team leads on performance management, absence management, resourcing, employee development, and employee relations.
