I am working on an excellent opportunity with view to partnership for an Employment lawyer wishing to take an active role within employment law team (currently 4 lawyers as well as other team members) in a medium sized law firm in London.
The role:
* Supporting an existing employment law practice
* Acting for both employers and employees
* Working on contentious (such as Employment Tribunal) and non-contentious employment law matters
* Supervising other team members
* Taking an active part in business development
* Working with the Head of the team in building and developing the firm’s employment law practice further

Candidate Requirements:
* Employment lawyer with experience of leading a range of contentious and non contentious employment law matters
* Experience of managing team members
