You will be joining an established contractor working on water schemes in the East Anglia region. This multi-accreditedpany has a strong pipeline of work in the water sector, and they offer excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. Due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Site Manager to join their team.
Your new role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, overseeing day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and to programme, undertaking site audits and inspections, maintaining accurate records and documentation, performing quality checks in line with contract specifications as well as coordinating and liaising with subcontractors and construction teams.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have proven experience in civil works within the water industry in a management capacity and hold a CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificate. In addition, you will have goodmercial awareness and be able to manage direct labour. Finally, you will have sound interpersonal skills and be able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
