We're searching for a dedicated New Homes Sales Consultant, Sales Executive, or Sales Advisor to represent our client and become a crucial part of our team.
About the Role:
* Take ownership of the development sales arena.
* Manage customer inquiries through various channels.
* Qualify customers, establish needs, and secure reservations.
* Promote company-recommended services for a seamless customer experience.
* Maximise sales of optional upgrades and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Conduct regular reviews of market competition and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Undertake new home inspections and ensure customer well-being.
* Adhere to company procedures, standards of performance, and business unit Sales Manual.
What You Will Have:
* Exceptional organisational and self-management skills.
* Outstanding customer service skills with a drive to achieve sales targets.
* Computer literacy is essential.
* Full UK driving license and car ownership are essential.
* Sales experience in the housing industry is advantageous but not essential.
* Availability to work regular weekends and bank holidays.
