A client of ours in the Witham area are recruiting an HR Administrator to join their team ASAP. This is a full-time temporary - permanent position working Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, paying £28,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience. This role would suit a detail-focused, data-driven HR Administrator who enjoys working with systems and identifying ways to streamline and improve HR processes. Your key duties in this HR Administrator role will include but are not limited to: Administering the full employee lifecycle, including starters, leavers, and contractual changes Preparing and issuing employment documentation in line with statutory requirements Maintaining accurate HR records and employee data in Sage HR Producing HR reports and supporting the HR Director with accurate data insights Supporting payroll administration by collating and validating monthly data Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes, data accuracy, and system efficiencySkills and experience required to be considered for this role: Previous experience in an HR, office support, or administrative role Strong attention to detail with confidence handling data and HR systems (HRIS) Experience maintaining employee records and HR documentation Good working knowledge of GDPR and confidentiality requirements Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Confident IT skills, particularly MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) is desirableIf you feel like you meet the above criteria and would like to be considered for this HR Administrator position, please apply with your CV and Laura will be in touch. accountsjobs
