About the Role
1:1 Learning Mentor
This is a full time Learning Mentor role, Monday to Friday 8:30am until 15:30pm, working 1:1 with a range of children with special educational needs.
These children require 1-1/ small group support to enable them to focus and complete set activities.
This role will begin in September 2025 or soon after.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.
Requirements
To be considered for the Learning Mentor position, you will:
1. Hold a minimum of a Level 2 qualification in supporting teaching & learning in schools or have experience of working with children with SEND
2. Have experience of working as a Teaching Assistant/ Learning Mentor in a school environment
3. Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff.
The Role
Working as part of a passionate teaching team, the desired teaching assistant will focus on providing a high standard of support on a 1:1 / small group basis.
