Overview
Following a reorganisation of our People Services function, these newly created roles will be an integral part of our service, providing professional, proactive and customer‑focused People Advisory support to our clinical divisions and corporate services across WWL.
Responsibilities
Working collaboratively with Senior Business Partners and HR Advisors, you will ensure the timely delivery of compassionate, high‑quality advice and support on complex employee relations, wellbeing and organisational change programmes for both medical and non‑medical teams.
You will also develop inclusive, person‑centred policies and procedures, design and deliver engaging and innovative ways to embed these policies and new ways of working, and use your coaching and influencing skills to support leaders and managers to become excellent people leaders. This will help foster a culture that attracts and retains a diverse and engaged workforce, thereby delivering the best patient care.
Qualifications
Applicants should have significant experience of operational HR at a senior advisory level, including a proven track record advising on complex employee relations cases. You must possess an in‑depth knowledge of employment law, be familiar with HR best practice, and have the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with trade union representatives. Excellent communication skills and a passion for sharing our values are essential.
