About the Role:
As a Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of the brand—welcoming customers into the showroom, building rapport, and guiding them through a personalised, consultative sales process. With full training and ongoing support, you’ll become a trusted expert and a key part of a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering a first-class customer experience from initial contact to post-sale follow-up
* Building strong relationships and offering tailored product recommendations
* Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets
* Maintaining a high standard of showroom presentation and brand representation
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer journey
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a target-driven sales environment—luxury retail, fashion, technology, or showroom sales preferred
* A confident communicator with a natural ability to engage and inspire customers
* A strong sense of style and an interest in premium products and trends
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* A proactive, self-motivated attitude and a team-oriented mindset
* A professional image and the ability to represent a high-end brand with pride
What You’ll Receive:
* On-target earnings of £40,000 – £45,000, with uncapped commission potential
