Job Description
Your core focus will be on employee relations, advising on restructures, and guiding managers through people policies and processes.
You’ll also collaborate with Centres of Expertise (CoEs) to implement People & Culture initiatives, including annual cycles and change programmes, ensuring they are successfully embedded into the business.
This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about driving positive organisational change.
