Full time, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
We are supporting a growing organisation in Derby who are seeking an experienced administrator to provide support to their HR team. This role will focus on compliance, onboarding and general HR administration.
Key responsibilities:
* Carry out right to work checks and maintain employee records
* Process background checks and references
* Support the onboarding process for new starters
* Complete compliance and file audits
* Provide general administrative support to the HR function
About you:
* Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office
* Previous HR, recruitment or onboarding experience desirable
